Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are available through the Denver Housing Authority (DHA) for those who are eligible. Please call 720-932-3000 or go to denverhousing.org.

Eviction Help

The City and County of Denver provides financing on rental projects. In exchange for public financing, the owners of these properties have agreed to limit the rent they charge for some or all units for a certain period of time. Home Accessibility Modifications

There is no charge for this service for Denver City & County Residents only.
