The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for professional services for various traffic and transportation related projects as described below. General Statement of Work

The City and County of Denver (CCD) Department of Transportation and Infrastructure obtains Federal funding for various traffic and transportation related projects, and is seeking firms to provide On-Call Professional Services in the area of Traffic, Transportation, Bicycle and Pedestrian, Multimodal, Parking, Civil, Water Resources, Survey, Utility, Geotechnical, Material Testing, Construction Management, Environmental, and various services to support a multitude of Transportation and Mobility projects and other City Agency projects as necessary.

Questions Deadline: June 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time

Submittals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Submittals are due at 10:00 a.m. MDT July 21, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation: Federally funded construction, reconstruction, remodeling, and professional design services contracts made and entered into by the City and County of Denver are subject to Federal Statutes and Regulations regarding Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation and all Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Utilization. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is authorized to establish project goals for expenditures on construction, reconstruction and remodeling and professional design services work funded by FHWA and let by the City and County of Denver.

The overall On-Call Contract will not have an established DBE goal. Each Task Order will be evaluated individually by the Agency that is the steward of the specific Task Order funding to determine if the DBE program is applicable. If the DBE program is applicable to the individual Task Order, then 49 CFR Part 26 shall be adhered to.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of DOTI reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals/responses.

Miscellaneous: Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the awarded Consultant shall comply with any and all applicable public emergency or public health orders issued by any federal, state, municipal or local governmental entity, or any department or agency thereof, including the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) and the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE).
