The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for National Western Center Triangle Sitewide Design Services. RFQ documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti.
General Statement of Work: The Triangle Sitewide Designer will support design activities for the Triangle primarily focused on the Triangle site plan refinement and the horizontal infrastructure to support the remaining campus development including, GES Connections: Marion Underpass (Vibrant Bond), but this firm will also provide design collaboration and coordination for planned future facilities, including the proposed new Arena, Parking Garage, Central Utility Plant, Community Ownership / Affordable Housing, and Renovations to the 1909 Arena.
Vibrant Denver Bond Program: Approved by voters in 2025, the $950 million Vibrant Denver Bond Program is delivering 58 major projects across Denver, including libraries, parks and recreation centers, cultural facilities, affordable housing, improved streets and bridges, a family health clinic, a children’s advocacy center, and much more – without adding any new taxes. This bond program was informed by direct community input from thousands of Denverites and community leaders. The City will build the projects in this bond over six years from 2026 – 2031.

Phase 1 Submittals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet. Submittals are due at 12:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
