General Statement of Work:
Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to provide services for the renovation of the existing asphalt plant, including but not limited to new equipment, revised layouts for improved traffic routing, utilities, and material storage, while maintaining existing seasonal operations of the asphalt plant.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, January 9, 2025, and will ONLY be received and accepted through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Late submissions will not be accepted.
MWBE Participation Goal: 5% (Construction Phase)
Prequalification: Each contractor must be prequalified in category 2A General Building - Unoccupied Building at or above the $6,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City’s Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors. Each contractor must have submitted a prequalification application a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the Phase 1 Proposal due date. Applications must be submitted via B2Gnow. Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC.
City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.
As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all proposals.
