General Statement of Work:
DOTI is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to provide services for the Mestizo-Curtis Park Pool Reconstruction in Denver, CO. The goals of the project are demolition of the existing pool, reconstruction of lap and play pools, and a bathhouse reconstruction with restrooms.
This project is part of the 2021 RISE Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $260 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2021. The program will drive economic recovery by creating thousands of jobs, investing in local businesses, and bringing critical infrastructure and community assets to historically underserved areas of the city. Through four different categories of infrastructure projects, RISE Denver will serve our most vulnerable residents and unhoused neighbors, increase mobility and safety in our neighborhoods and accessibility within city facilities, and preserve Denver’s history and culture through building restorations. More information can be found on the City’s RISE Denver website.
