Heron Pond Carpio-Sanguinette Park - Phase 2 is a continuation of Phase 1B that consists of regional water quality, stormwater, and park improvements. Phase 2, Schedule A (202473972) installs the park amenities, vegetation, recreation, and trail connectivity that includes construction of a playground and picnic deck, bicycle pump track, amphitheater, trail paving, and numerous plantings.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
