General Statement of Work:
The City and County of Denver (City) is seeking a qualified Contractor to assume operations of its successful technology-enabled Denver Connector Microtransit, via a multi-year contract for services and operations management.
Denver Connector Microtransit is phone app driven, on-demand, point-to-point, shared ride and neighborhood-scale currently operating in and serving the residents of Denver neighborhoods of Montbello, Gateway, Globeville and Elyria-Swansea. In addition to assuming the existing operations of Connector in those communities within two existing service zones, the contracted operator will launch a third Connector service zone in yet-to-be determined neighborhoods in West Denver.
