General Statement of Work
The City and County of Denver is seeking consultants to provide migrant sheltering and support services. The City is soliciting responses to meet both the current and evolving needs for reception, sheltering operations, and donation management for arriving migrants and asylum seekers, as well as those that are already being sheltered.

Proposals are due no later than by 12:00 p.m. local time on October 13, 2023, and will ONLY be received and accepted through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Prevailing Wage and Minimum Wage
Pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC, any contractor or subcontractor at any tier who performs construction, alteration, improvements, repairs, maintenance, or demolition of any city-owned or leased building or an any city-owned land, pursuant to a contract by or on behalf of the city, or for any agency of the city, or financed in whole or part by the city is required to pay its employees working on those city projects not less than the appropriate prevailing wage as determined by the Denver Office of Human Resources for work performed.
City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.
