The City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the planned improvements to Civic Center Park, located between Colfax Ave. and 14th Ave, and Bannock St. and Broadway in Denver. Primary scopes include preconstruction services; historic restoration of the Greek Theater; improvements to the theater's stage, seating, lighting, and audio visual systems; landscape and hardscape improvements through the Central Promenade and the South Plaza.

The program will enhance the City and County of Denver by providing critical improvements to the City’s infrastructure – improving our roads, sidewalks, parks, recreation centers, libraries, cultural centers, public-owned buildings and safety facilities. More information can be found at www.denvergov.org/elevatedenver.
Workforce Development Program:

To accomplish this, workforce development policies and programs may be focused on individual training and education, societal economic stability and growth, or skills training needed by employers to help organizations remain competitive in a global marketplace.
