General Statement of Work:
The City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from Design Teams to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering Services to renovate and rehabilitate Boettcher Concert Hall Building Renovation on the Denver Performing Arts Complex on behalf of Denver Arts and Venues.
The primary focus of Boettcher Concert Hall Renovation Project includes renovation of the existing building to upgrade HVAC systems, upgrade fire and other life safety building system upgrades, new interior finishes, data and technology upgrades. This project will include exterior work on the roofing and associated accessories.
The City desires to award one professional services contract for a three-year duration and a maximum contract capacity of $1,250,000.00 or as determined by the City prior to execution of the contract.

MWBE Participation Goal: 22%
The requirement must be met with certified firms, §§ 28-62, 28-66, D.R.M.C., or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort. §§ 28-60, 28-64, D.R.M.C. A proposed MWBE Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Plan (MWBE EDI Plan), also known as a Utilization Plan, is required as part of the RFQ response and will be scored. DSBO’s approval of the MWBE EDI Plan will be required prior to contract execution.
