General Statement of Work
The City and County of Denver (“City”), Denver Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) and the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (“DOTI”) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from teams to provide Landscape, Architectural, and Engineering Professional services for 47th and Walden Park. The scope of design services includes development of the concept plans through schematic design and design development, preparation of construction documents, coordination with the selected General Contractor or Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration through project completion.

MWBE Participation Goal: 24%
Project goals must be met with certified participants as set forth in Sections 28-62 and 28-66 DRMC or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Sections 28-60 and 28-64 DRMC.
A draft utilization plan is required from Consultants and it will be scored. DSBO’s approval of the utilization plan will be required prior to receiving an executed contract or notice to proceed.
