Denver Zoning Code

The Denver Zoning Code implements the city's vision for the future of Denver. The code is intended to balance conservation and development, achieve design excellence in the built environment and guide Denver's prosperous and sustainable future. This is achieved by calibrating regulations for structures, uses and parking by neighborhood context. Questions about zoning for your project?
