The Denver Workforce Centers are ready to help you launch a productive job search, identify and land the job you need, and build the career you deserve. Your Workforce Center is ready to provide step-by-step guidance . . . and our services and training sessions are always provided at no cost to you!
Step 1 - Your Job-Seeker Profile
To participate in Denver Workforce Development programs and services, you must complete a Job-Seeker Profile in our statewide system (through ConnectingColorado.com).
Step 2 - Come to an Orientation Session
Come to one of our group orientation sessions. You'll learn about all the comprehensive services and resources available to you. You also will be able to register for additional help, whether it's career counseling, resume building, computer training, or skill assessment. Ask about the next orientation session being held at your local Workforce Center.
Step 3 - Get the Tools
Our training sessions are always free and are held each week across our network of Workforce Centers. All you need is an advance registration (at your local Workforce Center or by calling 720-865-5580). We've got the tools you need to succeed, including how to launch a custom job search, write a better resume and cover letter, coaching on interviewing, basic computer training, or one-on-one counseling. Here's this month's calendar
Step 4 - Get Hired
Because you have completed your Job-Seeker Profile, we can better match your skills to job opportunities. Employers prefer candidates who are job-ready -- like you!
