Building Code Appeals

To appeal a decision made regarding the building code, you must apply to the Board of Appeals.
 

The Board of Appeals is responsible for reviewing:

  • Appeals of administrative decisions
  • New methods or products
  • Plan correction notices
  • Written orders and opinions of a building code official regarding the building code

Board of Appeals Meetings

Meetings are held monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month except November and December, when the meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month.
