South Jason Street Maintenance Facility
The South Jason Street Maintenance Facility is the renovation of the former animal shelter at 678 S. Jason St. The 14,000 square foot structure will be re-purposed as a maintenance and storage facility with 2,100 sq ft of office space. The project includes all new plumbing and electrical systems, a revised HVAC system, and new finishes throughout.  The project bid package includes an add alternate for site work and landscaping.   Abatement and demolition were previously done under a separate contract.

Union Pacific Yard Office Project
The Union Pacific Yard Office is a single story, steel frame office building of approximately 5,400 square foot located at approximately 39th and Wynkoop Streets.  The building will contain offices, restrooms, a break room and locker rooms.  The project includes a paved parking lot of approximately 20,000 square foot, with an underground water quality structure.  Landscaping and site work is part of the project.  The project also includes the demolition of the existing UPRR yard office at 35th and Wazee Streets.  The Union Pacific Yard Office is a ground-up project.

North University Outfall Phase 2
This project will conduct the Phase 2 alignment of the North University Outfall and will begin at the eastern end of the intersection of Josephine Street and E. 2nd Ave., continues via the streets of E. 2nd Ave., Columbine St., E. 3rd Ave., Detroit St., and will end at the south side of 4th Avenue and Detroit Street to mitigate flooding in the area.

2014 General Storm Drainage
The purpose of the 2014 General Storm Program is to make localized drainage improvements to mitigate neighborhood flooding problems. This project will include the construction of storm sewer improvements in Asbury Avenue from Logan Street to Clarkson Street and tying into the previous phase of work constructed in the Iowa Extension, Phase I project at Logan Street.  Some regarding of pavement and curb/gutter will be necessary to accommodate proper drainage.

S. Broadway Reconstruction (KY to South of TN) (Construction)
This reflects the first of 3 segments of the overall South Broadway & I-25 Interchange. This project reconstructs South Broadway from Kentucky Avenue to south of Tennessee Avenue, including center median, left turn lanes at signals, safety refuges for pedestrians, consolidation and limitation of access to Broadway, additional lighting for the entire project length, streetscaping, upgraded and improved signals and connections, "bulbouts" (curb extension) at Tennessee intersection, a 10 foot multi-use path between the S. Platte River Trail and the Broadway Light Rail Station, and ADA-compliant sidewalks (8 foot minimum) and ramps.

DPAC Garage Structural Corrections and Deferred Maintenance
This project will provide concrete repairs, sealant replacements and, traffic coating to the top level of the Denver Performing Arts Complex parking garage.

S. Broadway Reconstruction (MS to AZ) (Construction)
This is the second segment of the overall South Broadway & I-25 Interchange project. This project reconstructs South Broadway from THE North side of Mississippi Avenue to the south to Arizona Avenue.  The work includes single and dual left turn lanes at signals, consolidation and limitation of access to Broadway, additional of ped and street lighting for the entire project length, streetscaping, upgraded and improved signals and connections, "bulbout"(curb extension) at northeast quadrant of the Mississippi intersection,  and ADA-compliant sidewalks(8ft min) and ramps.  It also includes the reconstruction of Mississippi from Sherman to the CML.  Two new retaining walls will be built west of Broadway on the North side of Mississippi.

Kennedy Ballpark Detention Rehabilitation         
Conduct planning and design a new outfall system to divert detention pond overflows across the JFK golf course to the Cherry Creek during major storm events to protect the down-stream properties.

Confluence Park Ramp Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of ramps in Shoemaker Plaza to comply with ADA, improve trail safety and access to the river. CCD Contract with DRCOG TIP grant funding and UDFCD match funding.

2013 On-Call Structural Safety Repairs Ph 1
Project consists of excavation and back fill work, removal of existing bridge expansion joints and pedestrian railing, curb, gutter, sidewalk, concrete pavement, asphalt mat and portions of present structure(s) and the installation of new bridge expansion joints, railing, pedestrian railing and security barriers of various types, placement of chain link fencing and Type 3 rail; paint steel girders, remove debris from culverts, placement of concrete walks, curb, gutter, concrete pavement, aggregate base course and ramps; placement of rip rap, concrete deck sealing, repair/replacement of waterproofing membrane, repair of concrete deck, asphalt patching, clean deck drains, clean bearings, routing and sealing of cracks and providing traffic impact attenuators,traffic control and man lift(s) and the undertaking of slab jacking and /or mudjacking.

East I-70 Corridor STP Analysis
Funds will be used to conduct a more specific travelshed analysis within the study area of the I-70 East Environmental Impact Statement  (Brighton Blvd. to Tower Road, 26th Ave. to N. City limits). This work would follow CDOT’s determination of final alignment for I-70 and provide additional information to local street network.
