Connected Colorado

- A statewide look at community topics

Connected Colorado is all about kids and the school and community programs just for them!   We’ll look at some exciting projects, including an anti-bullying campaign done by a fifth grade class and a children’s theater version of Charlotte’s Web, plus, some local students prepare an experiment for the International Space Station! 

Weekdays: Mon., 11:30 a.m.; Tues. 12:30 p.m.; Wed., 4:30 p.m. & 9:30 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m.;  Fri., Noon;

Weekends: Sun., 9 a.m. & 8:30 p.m

Denver Loft Sessions

- Local Performers Featured in an Intimate Studio Setting.

May 8-21, Colorado’s own - Gumbo le Funque brings a muscular groove combined with funky modern roots music that pays homage to the musical melting pot that is the Big Easy.

May 22-June 4, Hornbuckle is a blues/rock/soul outfit lead by the driven guitar and dynamic vocals of a member of Denver’s First Family of the Blues, Michael Hornbuckle.

Weekends: Fri. at 8 & 11:30 p.m.; Sat. 11:30 a.m. & 11:00 p.m.; Sunday at 9 p.m.;

Weekdays: Tuesday at 3 p.m.; Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.


Denver Press Club

- Media notables talk about their craft

The 21st Annual Damon Runyon Award Banquet, honoring NORM CLARKE of the Las Vegas Review-Journal (and formerly of the Rocky Mountain News). Clarke is THE man to read in Las Vegas, as he covers all the hot news about entertainers, hotels, casinos and big shots that make Las Vegas such a dynamic city.

Weekdays: Monday, Noon; Thursday, 7 p.m.; Friday, 6 p.m.

Weekends: Sunday, 7 p.m.

- The Denver District Attorney tackles legal topics


An unfortunate part of police work is that officers sometimes have to use deadly force. When this occurs, the District Attorney is immediately notified and a specific investigative protocol is activated. Senior Chief Deputy DA Lamar Sims joins Denver DA Mitch Morrissey to explain this protocol, on this edition.

- Interesting and fun things to do and experience in Denver!

The History Colorado Center has lots of interactive fun for all ages, and even ski jumping!    You don’t have to be a history buff to enjoy this museum (there are even time machines and maybe even a zombie!)   We’ll show you 8 Great Things to Do at History Colorado!

Red Rocks Premieres

- Local and Breaking Acts Featured at “Film on the Rocks”

The Yawpers - This frequently touring Denver-based trio is what you want a rock band to be:  guitar driven, solid vocals and guitar riffs with a somewhat raw edge and a gloriously relentless drum  track propelling it all along.

Weekends: Friday, 8:30 & 11:00 p.m.; Sat. 11:00 a.m. & 11:30 p.m.; Sunday at 9:30 p.m.;

Weekdays: Thursday at 3 p.m.; Friday at 12:30 p.m.
