The Belleview Station is located along I-25 between Union Ave. and Belleview Ave. The station serves the Denver Tech Center. Belleview Station is considered a Major Urban Center station type. Blueprint Denver, the city's integrated land use and transportation plan, provides planning guidance for the area as an "Area of Change" and a land use of "Transit Oriented Development" and "Mixed Use." The area to the east of the station and I-25, the Denver Tech Center, is planned as "Area of Stability" and "Employment."
