The TOD typologies recognize the important differences between places and destinations within regions and identify appropriate performance and descriptive benchmarks for these places.
The intent is not to define TOD narrowly, but to help establish a vision for development in the districts surrounding stations. There are seven TOD station types in Denver and the characteristics of each station type are described below:
