Submit Plans Electronically (e-Plan)

What is e-Plan?

e-Plan is an electronic plan review service provided by Development Services for development projects requiring plan review. This new service saves time and money during the approval and permitting process. You save printing and courier costs by submitting electronically directly from your computer when it's most convenient for you. Development Services staff will review and respond electronically to submittals, reducing paper waste.

 

How do I enroll?

  1. Complete the e-plan account application form (PDF) and email to developmentservices@denvergov.org.
  2. Your account will be created and a username and password will be assigned. 
    NOTE:  Please allow approximately 3 business days for Development Services to review and approve your account application.
  3. You will be notified by email when your account is created. To check the status of your account, email us.

How does it work?

  1. After your account is created, log in here.
  2. You can submit studies, plans, and related documents for review by Development Services.
    NOTE:  All files must be submitted in PDF format. 
  3. These files will be "logged in" and reviewed by Development Services staff. You will be notified via email when the review is complete. Redlines and/or comments will be available for you to download.
