About Us
The Department of Revenue includes the offices of Treasurer and Assessor to fulfill state constitutional requirements for counties. The Department of Revenue is responsible for the assessment and collection of local taxes and for the disbursement of funds upon warrants drawn by the city auditor. It is also responsible for debt issuance, cash management and portfolio investment.
