Zoning and Neighborhood Inspections (NIS) ensures compliance with the property use and development provisions of the Denver Zoning Code through inspections and property owner contact.  The section enforces the Denver Revised Municipal Code requirements concerning the external condition of private property.  When necessary, the staff facilitates limited abatement of private properties.
