Mayor Michael B. Hancock today announced the appointments of Adam Espinosa, Olympia Fay and Theresa Spahn as judges to the Denver County Court. The appointments will fill vacancies created by the retirements of Judge Larry Bohning, Judge Mary A. Celeste and Judge Claudia Jordan.
