All permanent employees are eligible to enroll in a supplemental vision plan through Anthem Vision. This plan may be used alone or in conjunction with any of the below medical plan benefits. Active enrollees will receive a vision I.D.card from Anthem Vision to show at the time of the service.

If you are covered under one of the City and County of Denver's medical plans, your vision exam is available through your medical provider. Enrollment is automatic with your medical election.
