School District Director candidates must use
state forms to file campaign finance reports. State campaign finance forms
can be found here.
Effective January 2010, school board candidates must file their campaign finance reports electronically with the Colorado Secretary of State instead of with the Denver Clerk and Recorder. In 2009, school board candidates may file their reports through the Secretary of State's electronic system. Those doing so will be considered to have timely filed with the Denver Clerk and Recorder.
