Reports and Data The Elections Division database is capable of generating data extracts to accommodate your needs. Please contact us if you would like more information.  See our fees and ordering information here.    The following reports are available: Complete voter registration database (public information only)  Custom voter data extracts Mail-in voters (daily and cumulative lists) Past election results (also see the elections archive) The complete voter registration database is available in a .csv comma-delimited format on CD-ROM. Custom reports are available in Excel or Access format.

Voter Lists Lists of mail-in voters who have returned their ballots to the Elections Division each day are available for candidates, issue campaigns, and parties. There is no charge for these lists, but you must request access from the Elections Division. (Note: This data will be updated each evening from Wednesday, October 21 through Monday, November 2, 2009.)   Mail Ballot Tally - updated daily Login Request Access If your registration has been approved, you can login here to access voter lists.   Register online and your request will be submitted to the Elections Division.   Once your request is approved, you'll be notified by email.

Election Night Hosting Candidates, media representatives and the general public are invited to visit the Elections Division on election nights to follow election returns and watch the counting of ballots. After 7 p.m., the results of all races will be updated regularly to provide the most up-to-the-minute information available.   Please bring your mobile phone with you because access to public phones is limited.
