 Reports and Data Minimize
The Elections Division database is capable of generating data extracts to accommodate your needs. Please contact us if you would like more information.  See our fees and ordering information here. 
 

The following reports are available:

  • Complete voter registration database (public information only) 
  • Custom voter data extracts
  • Mail-in voters (daily and cumulative lists)
  • Past election results (also see the elections archive)
The complete voter registration database is available in a .csv comma-delimited format on CD-ROM. Custom reports are available in Excel or Access format.
  

 Voter Lists Minimize
Lists of mail-in voters who have returned their ballots to the Elections Division each day are available for candidates, issue campaigns, and parties. There is no charge for these lists, but you must request access from the Elections Division. (Note: This data will be updated each evening from Wednesday, October 21 through Monday, November 2, 2009.)

 Election Night Hosting Minimize
Candidates, media representatives and the general public are invited to visit the Elections Division on election nights to follow election returns and watch the counting of ballots. After 7 p.m., the results of all races will be updated regularly to provide the most up-to-the-minute information available.
 
Please bring your mobile phone with you because access to public phones is limited.

  • Office document copies: Copies of documents of public record
  • Office document certified copies: Certified copies of documents of public record
  • Registration certification: Certified documentation of voter registration
  • Forms, maps, publications—bulk quantities: Hard copies and bulk quantities of standard forms. Please contact us for availability.

 Campaign Finance Reports Minimize

Campaign finance records and reports are kept by the City Clerk office, a division of the Office of the Clerk and Recorder. The City Clerk website has campaign finance forms, regulations and reports from the current and prior years.
