The Mayor's Office for Education and Children (MOEC) partners with other city agencies and community based organizations to leverage resources and provide comprehensive services to support parents as teachers and prepare children for kindergarten.
The benefit of investment through public/private partnerships is significant. The return of every dollar leveraged from early childhood development results in later school success, more educated workers, and less crime.
