Municipal Leadership
The Mayor's Office for Education and Children (MOEC) has become a model of creative and innovative leadership in achieving positive outcomes for children and youth.  MOEC’s best practices are shared at the national, state, and local levels through its connection and participation in a variety of peer networking and advisory groups and through national publications.
