The Environmental Quality Division (EQD) samples streams and outfall discharges throughout the City and County to assess public health, water quality, BMP effectiveness, illicit discharges, and other issues as they develop. These reports summarize findings from these on-going sampling efforts and include management reccomendations to address water quality issues.
This year a new format has been added to the 2008 summary. This is meant to serve as an annual update and is in a slightly less technical format. Check it out.
