Contract Administration

Reconstruction and upgrade of 8 existing traffic signals with the City and County of Denver.  The traffic signals are located at: (1) Monaco St. Parkway and Tennessee Ave.; (2) Monaco St. Parkway and Mississippi Ave.; (3) Monaco St. Parkway and Florida Ave.; (4) Monaco St. Parkway and Evans Ave.; (5) Monaco St. Parkway and Cherry Creek Dr. North; (6) Evans Ave. and Jasmine St.; (7) Tamarac Dr. and Mansfield/Princeton; and (8) Quincy Ave. and Quebec St.  The project scope is to remove the existing traffic signal equipment - poles, signal and pedestrian indications, controllers, cabinets, pull boxes, and associated equipment - at each of these intersections and replace with a new traffic signal.  All new signals shall be constructed in accordance with the current City and County of Denver's Traffic Engineering Services standards.  Civil upgrades and improvements such as ADA curb ramps, curb returns and new sidewalks are also included  in this project.  There will be civil upgrades at all eight locations.
