Access for the Disabled
The Ellie Caulkins Opera House, the Buell Theatre and Boettcher Concert Hall make every effort to offer a wonderful experience for our patrons with disabilities.
Seating
There are ADA seating locations in all three venues. Patrons should request ADA seating when booking their seats with the ticketing agency.
Wheelchairs
There are two wheelchairs available in each venue (the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, the Buell Theatre and Boettcher Concert Hall) for patrons to use to get from their cars to their seats if needed. Arrangements to utilize the wheelchairs can be made in advance by calling 720.865.4240.
Restrooms
There are accessible restrooms as well as drinking fountains and TDD telephones available in each theatre. Assistive listening devices are also available upon request.
Ticket Fraud
Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation which may result in relocation, ejection, or criminal charges.
