To Report a barking dog problem

Call the Denver Animal Care and Control (720) 913-1311 or 3-1-1 to report a problem. We take complaints for the City and County of Denver. If the dog barking problem is in another county you must call that Animal Control Agency.

It is important that you read your summons.  

Some charges may be dismissed if you comply within 30 days of the date of violation.  Other charges have scheduled fines that may be paid by mail unless the mandatory court appearance required box is checked on your court summons.  You must appear in court if your charge is not listed as a scheduled fine that may be paid by mail.  

Summons Fees can not be paid at the Animal Control Office. Fees must be mailed or brought to:
