CPCC assisted with the design and secured funding of a DUI court and addictions unit that opened in the summer of 2011. The Sobriety (DUI) Court focuses on repeat DUI violators; the Sobriety Court anticipates approximately 200 new clients per year. The model is similar to Drug Court with frequent court reviews, home checks and intense treatment services.
