- CPD Planning is responsible for preparing plans and regulatory tools to guide Denver's future growth, enhancement and preservation.
- CPD Permitting provides services for residential and commercial development. In 2010, nearly 50,000 building permits and 4,000 zoning permits were issued.
- CPD Inspections provides services for neighborhoods, construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. In 2010, nearly 220,000 building and zoning inspections were performed.
