Fences-proper height (4’ in front, 6’ on sides and back in residential zones. Signs-no portable signs, signs on trailers or attached to vehicles, no permanent banners, pennants or projecting signs. 4 square feet of signage per 5 linear feet of window. Unauthorized conversions of residential homes to apartments. Unsurfaced parking lots. RV’s, motor homes, and boats can be parked in rear half of property (if under 22’ in length). No major car repairs done outdoors (oil and tire changes are allowed).
