| A Public Hearing on amendments to Rule 1, Definitions, and Rule 3,Qualifications for Original Appointment, was held on March 4, 2011.
Subsequent to the Public Hearing, on March 18, 2011, the Commission approved for adoption the amendments to Rule 1 and Rule 3 with some revisions to the amendments as previously posted. Those revisions have been posted effective March 24, 2011 and will be posted for a minimum of five (5) days prior to final adoption. The final amended rules will then become effective upon the signing and dating of a Notice of Adoption.
