Effective July 1, 2011 there are changes to the Medical Marijuana License. 

• Medical Marijuana Dispensary License will be replaced with Medical Marijuana Center License  
• Two new license types will be issued:
  • Medical Marijuana Optional Cultivation Premises
  • Medical Marijuana Infused Products Manufacturer

An external group of industry, neighborhood and community representatives have organized themselves into the Denver Medical Marijuana Working Group.

 With our complete cooperation, this group has been formed in order to provide status updates, answer questions and solicit input.

The founding director of the State's Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division and now an independent consultant will be heading up these meetings.

Our office will host their regular meetings, TBD, with the next meeting, open to the public on TBD.  All are welcome.
