Scope of Work
Interior nonbearing and nonstructural work only. Does not allow the alteration or installation of load-bearing or structural elements. All work to be done under on site supervision of a Class D – Tenant Finish (Commercial) Supervisor Certificate holder.
Testing
Test not required.
Minimum Experience Required To Apply
Requires four years of field experience as a supervisor or general contractor in commercial tenant finish work. Experience must include:

Type of Tenant finish work done in a retail establishment, and or office, etc. (I.e.drywall, framing, supended acuostical ceilings, fire rated wall(s))

Names or type of commercial building in which tenant finish work was performed and dates work was started and completed.

Two years of residential building construction experience may be substituted for and equal amount of commercial experience.
