E Submittal Process is for Licensed Denver Contractors ONLY to submit minor construction projects.
Residential Walk-Through Counter
For simple, less complex projects that include: additions (ground level, less than 400 sq. ft. can be over a new crawlspace), garages, sheds, porches/patios, interior remodels, basement finishes, demolitions.
Counter Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30-4:00
Wednesday 8:30-4:00
*** Please Note: You must be signed in no later than 3:30 p.m. if your project requires both a Zoning and Building review to obtain a same day permit. Also, depending on daily workload will decide if a project can be reviewed and approved on the same business day,
Log-In Service
For larger more complex projects that require a full plan review for Zoning and Building.
These type of projects are:
- New Single Unit Dwellings
- New Duplex
- Second story additions
- Any addition over 400 sq. ft
- Any addition over a new basement
- Attic Conversion
