Scope of Work
This is for single-family, duplex or town home properties for residential basement finish, and kitchen and bath remodels only. This is for Non-Bearing and Non-Structural work only. All work to be done under on site supervision of a Class D Non-Structural Residential Remodel Supervisor Certificate holder.
Testing
No test required.
Minimum Experience Required To Apply
Two (2) years of field experience in framing, drywall, and finish work in residential properties.
