The Board of Adjustment only reviews two types of Exceptions.
59-54(3)l. Wind Energy Conversion System. For wind generators approved by the City Council, with conditions.
59-54(3)u. Outdoor Eating Area. For outdoor eating areas adjacent and accessory to an eating place operating with a business structure exception or as a nonconforming use in an R-3 or R-4 zone district.
