Please note that wage schedules are updated periodically in accordance with D.R.M.C. 20-76. The Contractor is hereby advised to carefully review the prevailing wage ordinance (D.R.M.C. 20-76) and all solicitations and/or contract requirements governing prevailing wage and to make an independent determination regarding the wage schedule applicable to the project, contract or solicitation. The City assumes no liability for the Contractor's failure to make the determination, specifically the City is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of the Contractor's use of or reliance upon the incorrect wage schedule.
