Uses
Is the use allowed?
To see if a particular use is allowed, you need to know the zone district of the property and then check the use table for that particular zone district:

Do I need a zoning (use) permit?
Once you find the use in the use table, the cell entry will indicate if a zoning permit is required.  It will also indicate if any use limitations apply and what the parking requirement is for that use.
  • L-ZP means there is a use limitation (L) and a zoning permit is required (ZP)
  • NP means the use is not permitted
