 S. Broadway Pedestrian Improvements
Property owners worked with the city to fund construction of raised landscape medians, street and pedestrian lighting and streetscape enhancements. The pedestrian connection between the Evans Light Rail Station and Broadway will also be improved.
 Evans Station Lofts
A partnership between the Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) and Medici Communities LLC will bring a five story mixed use development across from the Station. This property was acquired using the Denver TOD Fund, a fund set up to acquire and preserve land for workforce housing along transit corridors.
 New Zoning
Many Evans Station Area properties were rezoned in June 2011 to implement the Evans Station Area Plan such creating a main street on South Broadway, supporting industrial mixed use area along Delaware and increasing housing options from single family to single family and duplex.
