Public Workshops       NEW!! La Alma / Lincoln Park Neighborhood Plan Public Meeting A public meeting was held at the La Alma Recreation Center on Tuesday, April 21 to discuss the residential character in the La Alma / Lincoln Park Neighborhood.   View the presentation   A draft plan addressing each of he character areas in the neighborhood, including the TOD area surrounding the 10th and Osage Station, will be available for public review this summer.  Stay tuned! The Denver Housing Authority is currently working closely with CPD to ensure that the S.
