- The existing Holly Street roadway surface will be removed and replaced with concrete pavement from Evans Ave to Florida Ave, and with asphalt pavement from Florida Ave to Cherry Creek South Blvd.
- Drainage improvements will be made in Holly St. between Evans Ave and Atlantic Place.
- Concrete sidewalk and corner ramp repair will be made in select locations.
SCHEDULE AND TRAFFIC DETOURS

Normal work hours will be from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Current project phasing intends on completing work along the frontage of school facilities prior to the end of summer break.

Two-way traffic will generally be permitted at all times from Evans Ave to Florida Ave during construction.

For safety in these temporary traffic zones, left turns into driveways or alleys will be prohibited.

From Florida Ave to Cherry Creek South Blvd, the project will be completed in stages, and only one lane of traffic in one direction will be permitted. As a result, travel in one direction will be closed and detours for local traffic will be in place. Appropriate advance warning and detour signing will be in place to notify drivers of construction traffic conditions and the appropriate direction of travel.
