Pavement Reconstruction - Pavements that have progressed beyond their useful life are fully removed, the underlying soils are reconditioned and a new pavement section generally consisting of several layers of asphalt is placed. The new section will last more than 25 years with regularly scheduled interim treatments to the top surface.
Pavement Hot in Place Recycle - Hot-In-Place-Recycle heats the top inch of existing asphalt pavement and mixes this with new asphalt. This process is less expensive and more environmental friendly than mill and overlay and provides a pavement that will last 8 to 10 years.
Pavement Rotomill and Overlay - Rotomill and Overlay is a major process where typically the top 2" of pavement are removed by grinding and replaced with new asphalt. This process adds approximately 12 years to the life of a pavement.
