Damaged sidewalk complaints received by the Department of Public Works must be verifiable; meaning a verifiable complainant name, address and phone number in addition to the violation location, as well as those received from member of City Council, City Attorney’s claims office and Denver Public Works Administration.
NOTE: All anonymous complaints and/or complaints or complaint lists with an appearance of harassment or discrimination will be discarded and similar new ones will not be accepted.
ALSO NOTE: The City allows one complaint per year per complainant and will not accept lists of complaints or multiple addresses.
