DPS School Visits

When Mayor Hickenlooper took office in July of 2003, he vowed to visit every Denver Public School in his first term to learn first hand of the many issues facing our schools, and to be in touch with the educators and children whom the issues directly affect. The Mayor visits one school each week. To date, the Mayor has visited 103 schools, including 11 private schools.
