The Rule Revision Committee was established by the Career Service Board, in conjunction with recommendations from the New Denver HR Commission, in order to review the career service personnel system’s employment rules, known as the Career Service Board Personnel Rules. The committee will be dedicated to creating a foundational philosophy for the Career Service Board Personnel Rules, updating the format of the rulebook, revising the current rule revision process, and finally reviewing current rules for revisions for clarity, consistency and ease of use.

The Committee has identified its core values as Fairness, Value Employees and User-friendly. These values will guide the committee as they create recommendations for the Career Service Board. Meetings are open to the public and we encourage all to attend.
