WELCOME TO THE DENVER PERFORMING ARTS COMPLEXThe Denver Performing Arts Complex is located in the heart of downtown Denver - and within walking distance to the Colorado Convention Complex, scores of restaurants, the exciting Lower Downtown (LODO) and much, much more. Surrounded by 14th Street, Champa Street, Speer Boulevard and Arapahoe Street.
The Denver Performing Arts Complex is the second largest Performing Arts complex in the United States, with a total of nine theatres/performing spaces and over 10,000 seats. The City and County of Denver's - Theatres and Arenas Division owns and operates the three largest theatres in the Complex: THE ELLIE CAULKINS OPERA HOUSE IN NEWTON AUDITORIUM, BOETTCHER CONCERT HALL and the TEMPLE HOYNE BUELL THEATRE.
The Auditorium Theatre was built in 1907 and is a Colorado Historical Landmark. The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is a world-class acoustical hall designed in the lyric style.
Boettcher Concert Hall is the first concert hall in-the-round built in North America. It has been acoustically designed for exceptional listening enjoyment.
The Buell Theatre has been designated by PERFORMANCE MAGAZINE as the "Highest Grossing Theatre Under 3,000 Seats in the United States" for the second consecutive year.
